Immerse yourself in the sensory experiences and healing scents of the mosses, ferns, mushrooms, flowers, shrubs, and trees that make up the forest eco-system.

Your guide Annette has developed a series of mindful and sensory exercises that will enhance your forest walk and deepen your experience of being in nature.

Enjoy a refreshing home-made lemonade or herbal tea at the end of your walk.

Morning or afternoon tours are available.  Choose either a 2 or 3-hour walk.

Costs for a two-hour guided tour:

$100  (up to 2 individuals);  $45 per person (3 or more)

Costs for a three-hour guided tour:

$150 (up to 2 individuals);  $65 per person (3 or more)
