Experience some of the mindful and multi-sensory exercises that make forest bathing an enjoyable and beneficial nature therapy. Immerse yourself in the sensory experiences and healing scents of the mosses, ferns, mushrooms, flowers, shrubs, and trees that make up the forest ecosystem.
Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese custom of walking in the forest, was developed in the 1980s as a form of preventative medicine. Many scientific studies confirm its beneficial impacts on our sense of well-being and physical health. Forest Bathing can lower your blood pressure and heart rate, strengthen your immune system, and increase your feelings of well being

Your guide Annette has developed a series of mindful and multi-sensory exercises that will enhance your forest walk and deepen your experience of being in nature.
Enjoy a refreshing home-made lemonade or herbal tea at the end of your walk.
Morning or afternoon tours are available.
